Disadvantages of enabling deduplication (A-SIS) on vol0

The best practicices and deployment guide doesn't mention root volument (vol0) considerations.

Is there any reason users shouldn't enable A-SIS on vol0?

As already mentioned, KISS ...

The savings are minimal and the potential for "foot-shooting" probably much greater than any advantages.  Losing the root volume is just going to ruin your day.
