Disk Keep Fail

Hi all we have netapp FAS 3170 and i have one failed disk , after replace it it keep telling me it is failed bI tried the following, but the disk re-failed after trying to "zero" the spare:

priv set advanced

disk unfail -s 2d.13.0

disk zero spares

any idea

Sometimes replacement disk may be broken; it may also be slot problem. Open support case to investigate.
