Does CDOT 8.3.1 support TLS 1.1 or 1.2?

Does CDOT 8.3.1 support TLS 1.1 or 1.2?  According to my reserch it seems like only 1.0 is supported.

TLS v1.0 is the latest version supported in 8.3.x and either mode of 8.2.x Data ONTAP.
