FAS2020 Data OnTap Licenses and Support

Hello Everyone, 

I purchased a second hand FAS2020 for a home lab and was wondering how to request trial licenses to use with Data ontap 7.3? Also, I would like to purchase a software support plan so I can download firmware to use with this device. Does anyone have and recommendations on where support could be purchased? I have reached out to NetApp sales but haven't received a response. Thanks!
