Grant a user snapshot managment access to a particular volume

I'd like to create use and grant them access to do snapshot mangement on one particular volume and only that volume.

 

how would I do that in CDOT 8.2.3

I think the key here is I want to grant one particular user access to only one volume.

 

the links you provided grant a single user access to ALL volumes... not really what I need.

You can use -query "-volume <vol_name>" to define the volume to which access is needed.
