Hi,

I'd like some help in Data Ontap OS, please. Every time I reboot the NetApp and it start up again, it always lose the network's configuration, such as all VLANs and Virtual interfaces that I have configured, so I have to connect the console's cable and to configure network's interfaces again.  Is there some thing I can do to solve this problem?

thanks

Wneiton

You have to put all of your network configuration statements in the /etc/rc startup script.

Hi Wneiton,

You have to enter the configuration in the /etc/rc file. The file is generated when running setup, but if you need to change only network settings you need to edit /etc/rc.
