also you can do it in filer view

Hi Dinesh

I would really start learn from the basics, to understand all consepts of operating systems and how it works. Once you get it it is all depends on you how fast you want to learn.

NetApp univercity is the way to go, as Ravi mentioned there are bunch of web based training free and not free.

I think  L2 administration is different and depends on company job description, in general the basics are from my expirience

- DFM (Operation Manager)  reveiw in the morning

- error analysys

- storage planning

- keep updated firmware and OS on controllers... these are basics.
