I'm having a strange issue reported by one of my customer after an upgrade from dataontap 8.1P1 to 8.1.4, no other configuration changed except ontap version.
The problem is related to the shared workbook excel feature giving a lot of error about locked files.
The customer use this realtime collaboration feature without problems since 2 years ago.
I tried to replicate the problem copying the files on a windows server share without encounter any issue...
Is this a 8.1.4 bug? Any idea or suggestion?
