Hi,
I've juste installed MPIO (Round Robin) et DSM on my WS2012R2 for an Hyper-V cluster.
Thanks to these videos :

But when I check the DSM Management MMC, I don't know why the state is "Active/Non Optimized".
Regards.

NetApp uses ALUA to communitcate path status with the host.
Paths to interfaces on the node hosting the LUN are reported as Active/Optimized.
Paths to interfaces on any other node not hosting the LUN are reported as Active/Non-Optimized.
Did you truncate the output ?
Do you have interfaces configured on the node hosting the LUN ?
I hope this response has been helpful to you.

My SVM where the lun (ISCSI) is works with 4 interfaces :
This is my ISCSI configuration on Windows :
