I am reading up on a new feature in OnTAP 9.11.1, the ability to "manage client rights to delete directories rapidly" (see link below).
This seems like a good feature to simply enable and leave enabled on CIFS Server volumes so Help Desk admins and/or end users can rapidly delete contents that need to be removed. Does anyone know if there is a performance hit, security risk, or some other reason not to enable this feature on a regular basis?
