Good Afternoon Community, This is a new installation. I have a netapp two node box that has Twelve 1.2TB disks and Six 960GB SSDs . From the configurator the usable space is supposed to be approx. 8TB but after setting up the system using the defaults on the GUI the usable space is 5.5TB what could be the issue? is there a way to ensure max space via the cli?

What is the model?
With such a low disk count, you might need to consider active/passive HA configurations to eke out the most storage capacity:

More or less. Once the system is initialized, you follow the documented link to assign ownership of all the available data partitions to one node. (Leave one spare data partition to be available for failures).
