Is it possible to run IP Metrocluster in Asynchronous mode?

I want to be able to live vMotion my VMs (not disks) to another site with asynchronously replicated storage with 15ms latency.

Not sure I 100% follow what you're trying to accomplish,  but nope.  You can run MCC in Active - Passive mode if you want.   But If you need something that's Asynchronous, plain ole snapmirror will work.
