I am trying understand if I enable below take over option how it will work .

For eg : If NetApp filer interface "e0a" link goes down for few mins then entire storage will take over ?

There is any other timeout option for interface option wecan specify the value , ther only entire storage will take over .

commands:

options cf.takeover.on_network_interface_failure on

options cf.takeover.on_network_interface_failure.policy any_nic

Hi,

Yes.

There is any other timeout option for interface option wecan specify the value , ther only entire storage will take over .

Timeout value is set for everything, not just network failure:

options takeover.detection.seconds
