We are panning to integrate the Netwrix in our environment.
Can someone provide steps for SVM integration with Netwrix servers.

Hi @Sairajeevmic, I know this is an old post, but check out TR4696 "FPolicy Solution Guide for ONTAP:
STEALTHbits File Activity Monitor".  It is an older document, but hopefully will have what is required.  (Stealthbits is now Netwrix)
