On my Netapp 2552 after booting it has no root aggregate, when running a script to assign drives they have nowhere to go. How do I create a new root aggregate?

Drives are assigned to controllers, aggregates are built upon drives.
The ONTAP maximum file limits is lesser than the maximum possible number of files supported by ONTAP for a volume. This video explains the reason why ONTAP has this lower limit on the file count.
