we have two hosts, on that one CIFS share are there we need to change that one to iscsi what are the pre requites we need to done and is that possible in production is live

You want to change from CIFS to iSCSI for the client-Host ? Give us little background. Are you trying to say - The host is currently using CIFS share and you want to change it to BLOCK ? You will need to enable iSCSI protocol and besides that configure LIF, igroup, lun and map it to igroup (igroup contains Host initiators). This will be disruptive.
