Problems with Plugin 12.1.0.3.1 in Oracle Enterprise ManagerCloud Control 13c

Hello,

 

after Upgrade my Oracle Enterprise ManagerCloud Control 12c to 13c R1 there are issues with the Netapp Plugin. The two filers(2xV3240 in cluster mode) shown as " filer is unreachable over the network or is down". ONTAP Version is NetApp Release 8.2.3P4 7-Mode.

 

Are there any problems with 13c and the netapp plugin or what is the problem?
