Process of switching equipment on and off

Assume that the equipment room is to be constructed, and all the equipment (servers. Switches. Storage) are shut down and shut down, some of which have vmware running on them. Can you give me a shutdown and startup process sequence?

Prevents data loss and other hardware problems.

If you have two sites then you can storage vMotion to the surviving site and shutdown ESX/servers  then  storage and then switches. If not power-off VMs, ESX then storage and switches. This how I did two months ago for DC move (in metro environment).

Otherwise (single site)

Power off VMs

Power off ESX/Servers

Power off STorage and switches.

Power up them in reverse order (switches and storage first).

hello

Here is what needs to be done. Switch on the power of disk shelves, and power up the controllers. Details can be found in the link.
