Reallocate Best Practices document missing?

Does anyone know what happened to the Reallocate Best Practices document (http://www.netapp.com/us/media/tr-3929-new.pdf) ?? 

I get a 404 error "File or Directory Not Found" for this link.

I get the same message if I remove "-new" from the link as well.

It does seem to have been removed from the library.

There were many copies posted to the wild before it was removed.

Try to Google tr-3929  ?
