My English is not good, please try to understand
I have two Storages with 7-mode, one storage is online and 2nd is not in production/free. One drive found faulty in online storage. So we removed disk from free storage with "disk fail -i" command then installed it in online storage and found on error that the "fail disk detect". The disk is only shown in GUI "broken" and when use command line the disk is not found anywhere.
Please help to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Are you trying to tell that faulty disk has been replaced, but in GUI it says still broken and in CLI you do not see the failure?
Did you run sysconfig -a to see if the disk is marked as broken?

The 20.0 is a new disk that was removed from free storage.

I tried comamnd "disk unfail 0b.20.0", but unfail command is not running because the disk is not assigned/associate with any controller.
As discussed with the client, he has resolved this issue using "disk zerospare/disk zeroing" etc.
Please clear for my information, is "disk zerospare" command affect the online aggregate/disk/volume?

Hi,
In simple words, non-zeroed means that data on the disk isn't erased and disk cannot be use for aggr expansion or creation but will be used for data reconstruction when disk fails.
On the other hand, once the disk is zeroed ( formats the disk by writing zeros ) and can be used aggr expansion/creation on data reconstruction .

from the output of messages. no fault disk is found.
did you check the log messgaes ? you need to take a autosupport file . the open the compress file of messages.logs.gz . you can see the lastest date error's messages about the disk.
