If the snapshots are still there, you can restore the LUN.
You can list the snapshots on the volume containing the LUN with System Manager or the 'snap list' command on the CLI.
You can restore the LUN from SnapDrive, or using volume SnapRestore, or cloning the LUN from the snapshot.
