what is the reason for reseting Snap schedules of a volume containing a LUN to OFF while connecting to that LUN using SDW?.

From a SAN/iSAN perspective, ONTAP scheduler based Snapshots are not supported for all consistency purposes. So SDW turns off Snapshot copy schedules on the volume when creating/connecting the LUN
