SM source / destination volume question

When a src vol is space reserved and the dest is not space reserved what happens to the dest when it is broken and brought online? Does it inherited the src vol space option of space reserved or not?

Dont know how the src vol and dest vol were mirrored because i have never seen a space reserved vol mirrored to a none space reserved volume .But once the destination is broken its only become writable (always online ) but doesn't  inherite any feature of src volume .

Actually, in the past space reservation was disabled on SnapMirror destination by default.

We actually have all destination volumes thin.

How do this affect the volume when it becomes writable? Does it continue to be thin or convert to fat as per the src?

Hi ,

Can you please send the output of   'vol status '  or 'vol options' for both src and dst volume  ?
