Hi,
We install SMSQL.
We have SMSQL environment , SMSQL(snapshot) to snapmirror to Tape backup(file unit,BackUpExec)
SMSQL schedule is
FULL BACKUP is Sunday
TLOG BACKUP is from Mondary and Saturday.
So, We can boot SQL by Snapmirror destination side .(At the time of the backup creating of TLOG ,a state of Thursday)
Tape schedule is
FULL BACKUP is Sunday(DATA and TLOG)
TLOG BACKUP is from Monday and Saturday.
But, Tape can not restore SQL at the time of backup creating of TLOG
Only at the time of backup creating of FULL BACKUP, Tape can restore.
I want to do in the latest state.(Example, a state of Thursday)
After Tape(file) restore, I want to do in the latest state by MS SQL Management or SMSQL.
Can I operation ? or Is there another technique ?
