Just for the archives:
If you have (accidently) installed the old version 3.2 of SecureShareAccess (http://support.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/ssaccess/) on a Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008, you will realize that the "SecureShare" tab will not come up if you go to the properties of a file or folder.
If you then try to install the newer version (3.3 is the current version today), the installer sais he will "upgrade to the new version". Unfortunately it will not work either.
The solution: just delete the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\SecureShareAccess" and afterwards install version 3.3.
This works.
