Supported...but usually we would use different interfaces. You can use the snapmirror preferred interface setting or in the snapmirror.conf file specify the interface host by host name. A lot of the iSCSI setup we see are two separate non-routeable storage networks dedicated to iSCSI traffic and no other traffic on them... but if limited interfaces I could see using it, but not ideal.
