SnapMirror peer limits

Hi all,

Does anybody knows how many cluster peer relationships I can have for one cluster (CDOT 8.3.1)? Which limit is if I will use SVM peering? I could not find a clear answer.

Thanks in advance.

P.S.
Yes, I've read the TR-4015

According to my information max number of peer clusters is 255. I have not seen any limits for SVM peering.

hi,

According to the information I found

In NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP (CDOT) version 8.3.1, the limit for cluster peer relationships is typically up to 10 clusters. This means you can establish peer relationships with multiple clusters for data replication and management purposes.

Regarding Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) peering, each SVM can have one peer relationship with another SVM in a different cluster. However, you can create multiple SVMs within a single cluster and have each of them peer with SVMs in other clusters, but each SVM-to-SVM relationship is independent.
