SnapShot/SnapMirror Event Notification(ONTAP9.14.1)

I would like to enable EMS event notifications to send email notifications to administrators when scheduled snapshots or snapmirror fail.

Is this possible using only standard EMS alert notifications?

Also, please tell me which rule should be used to trigger this　notification.
