Snapdrive 6.0.1 unable connect to a lun in aclone volume

I am trying to mount a lun from a cloned volume using Snapdrive 6.0.1 which gives me the following error "The volume is a temporary volume. Lun and Snapshot management operations are not permitted, does anyone know how to get around this problem  without having to do a vol clone split?

Hi Anil,

I have seen this behaviour before, but I'm unsure whether it's an official bug or not.

As an alternative, have you tried creating a clone directly from SnapDrive? If you have FlexClone licensed, simply connect to a snapshot and SnapDrive will take care of the FlexClone creation for you.

Hi Anil,

I believe this is a known issue with Snapdrive 6.0.1.  Did you try upgrading to 6.0.2?  This should fix that problem.
