Snapmirror schedule query

Apologies if this is a stupid newbie question but I am pretty new to netapp.  Can someone clarify what a schedule depicted as * 21 * * would actually mean.

Every minute of every day starting at 21:00?  isnt that just the same as * * * *?

Every minute from 21:00 until 21:59 every day.
