Unable to access CIFS shares

Hello , we had a CIFS server joined to an AD which we had to drop and bring it again back from system state.

is it possible to rejoin or reauthenticate the cifs server to the domain?

when i try to reset the administrator password i receive an error

Error: command failed: Password update failed. Reason: SecD Error: no server available.

Hi,

NetApp has a few OS supporting CIFS. do you know the OS name and version?

the message itself can indicate a network limitation reaching AD. can you provide details for how the network configured in the NetApp device and in the path to the AD controller on the same AD site?
