Vfiler unable to ping

Hi All,

We have a situation where we are unable to ping the vfiler( in Netapp 7 Mode) but it is accessable, all the related volumes and cifs and exports and running fine,

i even verified the /etc/rc file it is having the related ip and update well.

Can any one help me with this...!!!
