What's the best way to setup the management network for vfilers?

We currently have a management network for all our equipment and the netapp uses it over the e0m port.  Is it possible to have the vfilers use that interface or should we have a separate management network for the vfilers and have it go over a different port on netapp?  i was wondering what others are doing to allow other groups to manage their vfilers.  I want to keep the managment network seperate from the storage network.
