add spare disk to aggregate

Hi team,

The Spark disk needs to be added to the new RAID group of AGGR, but its status is zeroing. Can the disk be added to AGGR in its current state? Will it have an impact on aggr?

The image shows the current disk status and the status added to aggr.

disk 0d.04.0,0d.04.1,0d.04.2 is zeroing.
