The first node reboot due to panic.
First node still continue to be takeover mode.
Anyone has ever experience this before?

Yes Wilson,
One of my filer baby was went through a similar panic while giveback kicked off about 4 years ago.
From the core analysis, the root cause was a bug & the solution was upgrade to DOT 7.3.6.
You may wish to get NetApp support involved for suggestion.
