custom role problem after upgrade OnTap

Hi,

 

OnTap 9.7, account with custom role login OnComamnd System Manager no problem, after upgrade to 9.9.1 and 9.10.1, account with custom role cannot login OnComamnd System Manager.

 

Refer below KB, the new experience OCSM is based on rest-api, is the exist custom role cannot use and require re-create new rest-api custom role?

Hello Chung,

 

The KB you referenced is correct. The classic version of OCSM used ZAPI calls, where the new version uses REST-API.

As the Solution section of the KB states, the "security login rest-role" command set must be used to manage roles for the new experience OCSM.
