Can I configure different volume of CIFS map to dedicate network port?

No.  You can restrict CIFS to a specific port say e0a, but you can't map vol1 to e0a and vol2 to e0b.

The best way to accomplish this would be to use MultiStore.

You might consider using multistore (vfilers) as a potential mechanism for achieving the end goal - for example:

vfiler1: "owns" vol1, vol2 & vol3 and runs on e0a

vfiler2: "owns" vol4, vol5 & vol6 and runs on e0b

Just a thought.
