Hi

We have very old data on our netapp cluster.

This old data are owned by group in the following range 100 to 1000.

These group are LDAP group

In modern unix machine LDAP group should be in the range more than 1000

our problem is that we could have some group collision between our local group and the LDAP group.

Therefore I should move these group to a gid more than 1000.

But i have to change the gid of all file and directory on the netapp.

As I have 4Po of data i would like to do that the more efficientrly possible.

Does anyone have advice how to do that?

Thank in advance for any help
