how to modify fpolicy

Hello and sorry for my english,

On SVM, i have Native Fpolicy who block dangerous extensions. It was recommandation of Netapp to apply this.

So there is a lot of extension block. In this list, the extension .son is block and i want to allow it....

How to not block this specific extension ?

Hi mulbzh,

you can configure to exclude the extensions you need.

You can do it from the cli:

fpolicy policy scope modify -vserver vservername -policy-name sm_fpolicy_633 -file-extensions-to-exclude son
