introducing picdat: simple standalone perfstat data parser/visualizer

we started to develop a small, simple python program to parse and visualize perfstat data. A first alpha version is availible at https://github.com/AdvUni/picdat .

It is licensed under GPLv3. Comments, questions, pull requests are welcome.
