I have AFF8080EX with the original license key.
Several years ago, we replaced the controller due to hardware issue.
After replaced it, the license was good. (at that time the version is Ontap 9.5P1)
We now rebuild it and I add the original license key on it.
However, the license key shows it for the original controller serial number.
How can I resolve this issue?
The current version is Ontap 9.7P10

Are you still under support? But yeah, you need to use the new keys for the system.
not under netapp support but under third party support - CoreBTS
When the controller was replaced, was it under NetApp Support and one of our tech did it in the field? or did the 3rd party?
I checked it . It was from third party support.
