https://now.netapp.com/NOW/download/software/ontap/7.0.7/download.shtml or newer ones. But you can boot it up also with a netboot and install then the Ontap Version.

only the old 7.0.7 and maybe the 7.1.* has FDD image files the newer one only netboot and the normal image.

Best and fastest way -> Netboot and then install Ontap.

RawWrite (or rawrite) is an essential tool for creating boot disks and other floppy disk images.

old school   It used to also be on the now tools and utilities but haven't seen it in a while.  F820s only support up to ONTAP 7.1, but I have installed 7.2 in a lab with no issues... 7.3 won't work at all from the last time someone tried... Out of curiousity, what is your use case to bring up one of the green machines (or burnt orange)?  If for testing, the simulator will be more useful with 7.3.5 and 8.0.1 versions available... If you do need parts and can drive to SoCal, I have two 820s laying around as a spare desk in my office.
