Hi friends,<br>We are getting so many tts on backup failures. We are taking backup throw ossv and I am new to this. Please tell me the steps that I need to check and follow.<br>Errors: could not read from socket.<br>Unable to connect source. And ....<br>

Hi Deepuj,

i have checked snapvault status -l command in that it is displaying "could not read from socket error" error and the server is not pingable from cmd as well as filer. could you pleae tell me the the solution.
