.rar and .zip file copy error

Hi,

One of my customer is facing a permission denied issue when copying .rar and .zip files from NetApp CIFS, we have checked the permissions Administrator and Everyone have got full access to the folder.

Volume security style is NTFS, we could copy all the other file types from this folders without any error.

Any help or insights would be much appreccaited.

Data Ontap : 8.2

Windows 2012 and Win7 - Servers/ Clients

Note : we tried to create a new zip file in that folder and tried to copy that worked perfectly, the problem with only the exisitng files.
