snapmirror question

I have a question on snapmirror...can you snapmirror if the source filer has a volume and the destination filer you want to snapmirror to is a qtree.   So if you snapmirror:

FASA /vol/vol1  >>>>>>>   FASB  /vol/vol1/qtree1

Is this possible, does it depend ont filer versions and type.

It is possible if you have no qtree in vol1 on FASA. You can use QSM to replicate all non-qtree data. What I am not sure – whether it is possible to revert replication in this case.
