vol move in vfiler root volume

Does "vol move" command works for vfiler root volume in 7 mode? i am looking for options to move vfiler root volume from one aggregate to another aggregate in same filer without disruption.

There is no volume move in 7-Mode.

I was referring about command "vol move" not the storage motion volume move.
