Damn, If I saw this yesterday I may tested it. I just pulled power cables from 8 ATTO bridges.

From the install pdf.

Using the serial port
1 Connect a cable from FibreBridge RS-232
serial port to the serial (COM) port on a
personal computer.
2 Turn on the FibreBridge.
3 Start a terminal emulation program on the
personal computer, and use it to connect to the
FibreBridge. For example, if you are using
HyperTerminal on a computer running a
Windows operating system,
a. Type FibreBridge in the New
Connection dialog box.
b. Click OK.
c. In the Connect To dialog box, for the
Connect using field select the COM
port number to which your serial cable
is connected.
d. Click OK.
e. In the COM Properties dialog box
select the following values:
• Bits per second: 115200
• Data Bits: 8
• Parity: None

Sry, but I had no time for that bullshit. I ordered two IBM V7000 Control Enclosure which worked the next day and shipped those two FibreBridges to NetApp Deutschland GmbH, Sonnenallee 1, 85551 Kirchheim bei München for maintenance.

Hi, for repair and troubleshooting you will need to open a support case for the serial number. What Sanaman wrote above should we working without any issue.
