Looks like the given drive part-number (X/SP-315A-R6/X315_SMEGA04TA07/4TB/NA02) has higher failure rate compared to other drive models
https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/bugs-online/product/ONTAP/BURT/987876
987876 - Slightly higher failure rate on some drive models due to firmware bugs (workaround-none)
https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/downloads/firmware/disk-drive-firmware
(Firmware seems up-to-date-na02)
You mentioned 8.1 (That's end of all support)
Some pointers:
1) Please check out the hardware matrix for this drive here and supported OS:
https://hwu.netapp.com/Drives/Index?Source=NSS&PartNo=X315A-R6
2) Ensure DQP is installed
Disk Qualification Package (DQP)
https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMP1196912/html/GUID-0989805D-91CF-4930-BBA9-03241EC490CB.html
3) Try to unfail the failed drives using the following command:
https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/How_to_unfail_a_disk
4) If unfailing the disks does not help, reseat all the failed drives.
5) If none works, then unfortunately you will need to replace those faulty drives.
