Hello everyone

I am writing to you because after hours of troubleshooting and searching on the internet I still can't find a solution. When I start the Netapp FAS8060 during the boot process I get the message I indicated in the title and moreover I have no possibility to access the boot menu, I have no message that tells me to do a Ctrl+c for the boot menu.

If you can please direct me to be able to unblock this situation.

Thank you @DarrenJ  @psu  for taking the time to answer me.

Indeed, as the error indicated, the controllers did not correspond to this chassis, so we just changed the chassis and there I was able to continue configuring my netapp.

Could you boot into maintenance mode and run sysconfig -v. Would like to check the motherboard model.

Collect the following as well from loader. This output will be somewhat long. Boot arguments might have it set as the wrong model.
