Data Center migration from site A to B- Netapp V3210 in site A with backend IBM XIV disks

We have the task of moving a data center from Site A to Site B.  In Site A we have a Netapp V3210 connected with a backend third party storage (IBM XIV). We are in the process of migrating all the data from site A to Site B using the backend array migration technique. Would the V3210/Ontap 8.0.2 Mod7 recognize data as it is , if it's moved phsically from Site A to B and associated with the replicated copy from the IBM XIV? We just have a new IBM XIV array in site B and intend to move all the other servers and filers physically from site A without purchasing any other components in Site B. What other techinques can be used?

Does ontap have to zap the new disks that have been presented from the remote site?
